Brass Roots Initiative – Los Angeles (BRI) was founded in 2019.
BRI is a cover/tribute band specializing in the hit songs of the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s.
The group features the music of our favorite horn-heavy bands including; Chicago, Blood, Sweat and Tears, Tower of Power, Eagles, Earth Wind and Fire, and other artists such as Motown greats Stevie Wonder and James Brown.
BRI was founded by lead trumpet Greg Anderson who invited the best musicians that he had played with from either his rock band days, his time of playing lead trumpet with some of Southern California’s best big bands, or other various musical productions.
